OOBE.cmd phase:
If OEM-Activated index, will load custom graphics logos and backgrounds
based on the motherboard manufacturer of your system. If Intel it will
load intel graphics. You get the idea. It also attempts to set the OEM
activation.

2- Get the x64 AIO Baseline v2 torrent if you don't already have
3- Run the patch exe file and point it at the x64 baseline v2 folder
4- Enjoy your monthly .ISO and keep your baseline ISO for next month

Notes: I'm using the AIO Baseline v2 versions for both the Ultimate releases and the AIO releases. Newer torrent programs will flag the Windows Loader as a hacktool. If you don't know how to deal with false positives, don't waste either of our time; get something else.
-Included activated indexes will only work with MBR partitioned legacy bios booting. For UEFI booting you need to mod the bios or use a UEFI loader emulator such as WindSLIC. There is a project for that on MDL.

Changes:
-I moved NetFx 4.5.1 redist back to the ISO folder Net451. I'm of the opinion that everyone should install it, but I'm not going to force everyone to install it that doesn't want to.
-Added a vbs script to enable Microsoft Update version of Windows Update.
Script is essentially the same as the activex version that the "Find out more" button runs in wuapp.exe from your IE browser. I added the script because sometimes the IE method fails. Script is in the ISO scripts folder.
